Our itinerary: Fall Foliage
Destation: Shenandoah National Park
Staging location: Centreville Commuter Lot
This should be near peak period for autumn photography in Shenandoah National Park. Opportunities for landscapes, macro and waterfall photography will be aplenty. The planned route will be I66 to 29 through Sperryville and entering at Thornton Gap Entrance. From that point, we'll meander south towards White Oak Canyon/Dark Hollow (and maybe further south) for a waterfall/foliage hike.
We'll stage at the Centreville Commuter parking lot at 6:00AM. There is an entrance fee to access the park so ride sharing is suggested.
Don't forget to pack a snack and a few bottles of water. Please email me if you have any questions. I will see you there!
